• Responsible to communicate with clients over phone and online.
• Understanding client requirements and coordinating visits.
• Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiations.
• Taking proper feedback from clients and helping operations team in service up-gradation.
• Holding 0-2 years’ experience in tele-sales.
• Highly energetic, aggressive and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Should have basic digital marketing and MS Office knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• PS: Excellent incentive programs.
