Participating in demand forecasting discussion/calls with business to understand the staffing needs
Handle the candidate offer and negotiation process in consultation with the company HR.
Articulating and negotiating all job offers with candidates, clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including compensation package salary, incentives, benefits, and perks.
